This charger is not compatible with just any baby monitor. It is specifically designed to work with select 6V VT Baby Monitor models (please check the title and compatibility details). 1. If the baby monitor itself is damaged or broken, the device should be repaired.
2. If the power cord can power the baby monitor but cannot charge it, the reason is likely that the built-in battery of the baby monitor is dead, and a replacement battery should be installed.
